With the help of outside consultants and an in house safety professional, each jobsite is continuously audited and inspected for safe work practices and hazard avoidance.Employees receive training on needed components of Construction and general Industry Safety and Health Practices.

Smith Construction has solid rules and standards implemented by knowledgeable experienced and OSHA 10-hour Construction & Safety Trained Project Managers and Job Site Superintendents. R.E. Smith Construction has proven to be a leader throughout the 4-State Area in "Safe Construction", boasting an EMR, DART Rate and DAWII Rate well below the national average for over 10 years.
